Responsibilities
- Design scalable ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on AI deployment models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Develop predictive ethics models for emerging AI applications
- Author thought leadership on AI policy and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
