Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable AI systems deployed in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of singularity timelines and existential risk mitigation
- Certified in ISO 42001 AI Management Systems and NIST AI RMF frameworks
