Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions (AR/VR, neuro-interfaces)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Author thought leadership content and represent Horizon Labs at global tech forums
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies and future-focused design thinking
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI/ML deployment with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuro-technology, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences (WSJ Live, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Experience securing R&D funding ($1M+ budgets) and managing innovation pipelines
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ transformative tech projects launched post-2020
