Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Author high-impact publications for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI research with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong background in at least one specialization: NLP, computer vision, or robotics
- Proven ability to translate research into scalable industrial solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
