Responsibilities

- Lead research projects in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Develop scalable frameworks for real-time multi-modal data processing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Author high-impact research papers for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Explore ethical AI frameworks for responsible deployment in critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier AI conferences
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, computer vision, or NLP
- Experience with MLOps and deploying ML models at scale
