Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems and neural networks to meet future business requirements.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and computer vision.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
