Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum-entangled neural networks
- Lead research projects in generative AI and multi-modal machine learning systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethics and responsible AI development principles
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
