Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge AI research in neural networks, quantum computing, and human-AI interaction
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmap planning

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in AI/ML with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems
- Experience with large-scale dataset management and MLOps pipelines
