Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and explainable AI systems
- Develop prototype AI solutions for climate modeling and precision medicine applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI algorithms for next-gen quantum processors
- Present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise PhD interns in our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA, NSF, and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong track record of translating research into commercial applications
