Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-ML algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI with biotech and renewable energy sectors
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Mentor PhD researchers and manage $2M+ annual research budgets
- Collaborate with government agencies on national AI strategy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent industry impact)
- 5+ years in applied research with 2+ publications in Nature/Science/NeurIPS
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (patents preferred)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Strong background in computational biology or climate modeling
