Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, distributed machine learning architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning in dynamic environments.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on improving LLM inference speeds and reducing computational overhead for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize neural networks for low-power, high-performance robotics processors.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Guide a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Deploy Production Models: Oversee the full lifecycle of ML models from prototype to production deployment, ensuring robustness and security.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
