Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, aligning with global ethical frameworks and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing AI systems that prioritize transparency, fairness, and human oversight

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field

- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience leading enterprise-wide AI transformation in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Proficiency in AI development tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps principles
