- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology leaders to foster continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and cloud-based AI architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives and boards.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
