Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and edge deployment to ensure efficiency across diverse hardware environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish frameworks and best practices to ensure responsible AI development, mitigating bias and ensuring transparency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Scalability: Proven track record of designing scalable systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Research: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
