Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
