Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, biotech)
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $10M
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
