Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech solutions.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Manage complex vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure access to cutting-edge tools and resources.
- Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks and data governance policies to protect our assets in an evolving threat landscape.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change across large organizations.
