- Supervise city clerk department staff and operational workflows
- Advise city council on procedural matters and legislative documentation
- Implement record retention policies aligned with Colorado state statutes
- Facilitate public access to municipal information through digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government experience with records management
- Proficiency in municipal software (e.g., CivicClerk, Municode)
- Knowledge of Colorado Sunshine Law and Open Records Act
- Strong project management skills with election oversight experience
- Excellent written communication and public presentation abilities
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
