  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Word functions.
  • Familiarity with California Government Code, Brown Act compliance, and public record retention laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during council meetings or special events.
