Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of municipal government or records management experience
- Wisconsin Election Administration certification preferred
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, DocuWare)
- Deep knowledge of open records laws and legislative processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience leading public-facing initiatives and community outreach
