Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, documents, and archives with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and official documentation for City Council meetings
- Oversee municipal elections, voter registration, and public records requests
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for record-keeping procedures
- Coordinate administrative processes across multiple city departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in government
