Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, permits, and documentation with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, businesses, and other government agencies
- Process administrative forms, applications, and correspondence
- Coordinate public meetings and maintain official meeting minutes
- Utilize municipal software systems for data entry and record retrieval
- Assist with election preparation and voter registration activities
- Support departmental operations as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
