Job Summary

The City Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of city government by managing official records, facilitating public access to information, and providing high-level administrative support to department heads and elected officials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain official city records, including meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and legal documents.
