Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate public records and official documents in compliance with municipal regulations
- Process permits, licenses, and applications with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Coordinate public meetings and prepare official agendas, minutes, and resolutions
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Assist with election preparations and voter registration services
- Collaborate with department heads to implement procedural improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience in government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record management software
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
