Responsibilities
- Manage official records, documents, and municipal filings with meticulous attention to detail
- Process permits, licenses, and applications ensuring compliance with city ordinances
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate council meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate minutes
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
