Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and organize official city records, permits, and documentation
- Process public records requests and respond to citizen inquiries within SLAs
- Assist with council meeting preparations, including agenda compilation and minute-taking
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and document workflows
- Support election processes and voter registration activities
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and document destruction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or government records experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Remote work capabilities with reliable high-speed internet
- Knowledge of Arizona public records laws (preferred)
