Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official city records, permits, and licenses with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses via phone, email, and in-person
- Process administrative documents including forms, applications, and correspondence
- Utilize city databases and software for record-keeping and reporting
- Support departmental operations through scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assist with public inquiries regarding city services and procedures

Qualifications
