Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of civil service examinations, including recruitment, testing, and selection processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Ohio Revised Code and County personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, logs, and databases within the HRIS system.
  • Conduct investigations into employee conduct and prepare comprehensive investigative reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of county-wide HR training programs and workshops.

  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports for the Civil Service Commission and Department Head.

Qualifications
