- Manage and respond to high-volume inquiries from the public via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Process applications and administrative documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
