Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based policies aligned with state strategic goals

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R)
- Expert knowledge of Texas legislative processes and regulations
- Proven track record of leading successful policy initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
