Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain security protocols during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular facility inspections and headcounts
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Document all incidents and maintain accurate records
- Transport inmates safely between facilities
- Enforce institutional rules and regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- No felony convictions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts including holidays
- U.S. citizenship and Oklahoma residency required
