Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in municipal/county government or public sector
- Proven budget management and financial planning expertise
- Strong knowledge of Florida public policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cross-functional project implementation
- Certification in Public Administration (CPM or MPA) a plus
