Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in government or public sector
- Proven expertise in budget management and financial oversight
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Knowledge of Indiana municipal regulations and compliance frameworks
