Responsibilities
- Process and file legal documents, court orders, and administrative records with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage court calendars, hearings, and dockets while maintaining accurate digital and physical records
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and the public regarding court procedures and requirements
- Assist judges and court personnel with document preparation, case management, and administrative support
- Collect and process fines, fees, and payments according to established protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with judicial ethics and data protection regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in legal studies or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal administration, court services, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
