- Process DMV transactions including vehicle registrations, title applications, and driver's license renewals
- Provide accurate information on state regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain detailed records using specialized DMV software systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with special programs like handicap placents and veteran discounts

Qualifications
