Responsibilities
- Manage case files and judicial records with meticulous attention to detail
- Process court documents, warrants, and subpouses within strict deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court visitors
- Coordinate with judges, court reporters, and law enforcement agencies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in jury selection processes and juror orientation
- Prepare official court transcripts and administrative reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Georgia driver's license required
- Experience in government/legal setting highly desirable
