Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain court records, documents, and case files with precision
- Assist judges and attorneys with courtroom documentation and administrative support
- Process and serve legal documents following court procedures and protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to court visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately
- Coordinate jury duty processes including summoning, orientation, and management
- Operate court-specific software and maintain accurate digital records
- Prepare and process court orders, decrees, and other legal instruments
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other judicial staff as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
