Responsibilities
- Manage court document processing, filing, and record-keeping with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate courtroom schedules, jury logistics, and hearing preparations
- Provide in-person and virtual customer support for court patrons and legal professionals
- Maintain confidential case files and electronic court records per Florida statutes
- Process payments, fees, and fines using judicial software systems
- Assist with administrative tasks for judges and court staff as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in legal/administrative or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Odyssey, Odyssey FileTrak)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
