Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers
- Provide accurate information on DMV procedures, fees, and documentation requirementsResolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local DMV regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Hawaii driver's license required
