Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and titling transactions using provided DMV systems
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Maintain organized digital records using supplied tablets and document management software
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with provided communication tools
- Collaborate with team members using shared digital workspaces and supplied mobile devices
- Process payments using secure POS systems and maintain transaction logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or public-facing experience
- Proficiency in using provided software (Windows OS, DMV-specific databases)
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask with supplied dual-monitor workstations
- Valid District of Columbia driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Pass background check and drug screening
