- Assist Spanish-speaking customers through dedicated bilingual support channels
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for specialized documentation requests
- Conduct thorough eligibility verification for commercial driver's licenses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry (60+ WPM)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
- Experience with government compliance protocols a plus
