Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of government facilities and public parks in Las Vegas.
- Conduct security patrols and ensure compliance with safety regulations and county ordinances.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces for county functions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inventory, and incident reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and government protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be eligible for a government background check and security clearance.
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, custodial services, or public service is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
