Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, ID card, and vehicle registration transactions with precision
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Utilize specialized software to update records and issue official documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and sensitive documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
