Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently at the distribution center
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Maintain route security and handle confidential materials
- Operate automated delivery equipment (training provided)
- Adhere to strict USPS policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and walk extended distances
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:30 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for package scanning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
