Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Strategy Roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technology trends with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, managing pilot programs and innovation labs.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors that may impact the 2026 strategic vision.
- Present quarterly technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to integrate future-proof solutions into current pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape as it relates to the year 2026 and the next decade.
