Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive long-term strategy that aligns AI capabilities with the company’s overarching business goals.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Autonomous Systems) that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future-proof solutions into current roadmaps.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the transition of high-potential technologies from concept to production, managing timelines and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technological strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Partnership Development: Forge strategic alliances with tech giants, startups, and research institutions to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, specifically focusing on AI, Data Strategy, or Future Tech.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI architectures, machine learning frameworks, and the potential trajectories of quantum computing.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
