Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing to assess feasibility and market fit.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for R&D initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a director-level position.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
