Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business units to translate strategic vision into technical reality.
- Manage the full technology lifecycle, from R&D initiatives to production deployment and maintenance.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
