- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Partner with the C-suite to align technological investments with long-term business goals and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging tech adoption, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI into core workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
- Establish thought leadership through speaking engagements, white papers, and industry analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, engineering, or executive management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with futuristic technologies, including Quantum Readiness and Web3 protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on Tech Strategy.
- Demonstrated history of leading digital transformation in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of inspiring both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
