Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service for DMV transactions and inquiries
- Process vehicle registrations, title applications, and driver's license renewals
- Utilize DMV systems to verify documentation and maintain accurate records
- Explain state regulations and procedures clearly to diverse customers
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Valid New Jersey driver's license required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
